we will do... |

Prior to any engagement, we will be available to discuss your individual
plans
-
We will send you a short questionnaire, covering such topics as the
venue, your musical tastes and those of the guests, names of important
attendees (eg. bride/groom), itinerary, etc.

We may visit the proposed venue in advance to clarify siting and power
supply, with agreement from the venue management, of course
-
Written confirmation of our agreement will be issued upon payment of any
deposit
-
We will arrive promptly (at least 1-2 hours before the proposed start)
to set up our equipment
-
We will pack our equipment and leave the premises within 1 hour following
the event
-
We can also advise on other services eg. catering, potential venues, photography,
etc.

Contact us well in advance to get the ball rolling, although we can usually
assist with "emergency" situations

Give us as much information as possible to ensure we fulfill your expectations
- we can provide a helpful questionnaire, upon request
-
Pay a deposit not less than 20% of the agreed sum in advance, and the balance
immediately on completion of the event (other arrangements may be accommodated
- contact us)
-
Ensure that our terms above are agreed with the venue management
-
